1. What we provide

Forex Fluency provides online educational content about forex trading: paid self-paced courses, quizzes and free articles. We are an education provider — we are not a broker, we do not handle client trading funds, and nothing on this site is financial, investment or tax advice.

2. Purchases and access

Courses are one-time purchases granting a personal, non-transferable, lifetime licence to the course content. Access is unlocked with an access code issued after payment confirmation. Sharing access codes or redistributing course content is prohibited and may result in access being revoked.

3. Payments and refunds

Prices are in USD. A pending order reserves your seat and is activated when payment is confirmed. If a course materially fails to match its description, contact support@forexfluency.com within 7 days of activation.

4. No financial advice, no performance promises

All content is general education. We make no representation about trading results, and historical or hypothetical examples are illustrations, not predictions. Trading decisions are yours alone; consider independent professional advice before trading.

5. Third-party links

The site contains links to third-party services, including a partner broker referral link. We may earn a commission when you open an account through such links, at no cost to you. Third-party services have their own terms; review them before use.

6. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, resell, or misrepresent our content, interfere with the service, or use it where doing so would be unlawful.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forex Fluency is not liable for trading losses or indirect damages arising from use of the site or its content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes
